About

I am a student at the University of Melbourne in the Bachelor of Science (expected to graduated by November 2024). Currently pursuing the major of Computing and Software Systems. Throughout my coursework, I have experiences with Python, C, Java, MySQL and Git. I am also currently learning HTML, CSS and JavaScript to build new skills in web development. I am eager to learn new skills and exited to apply my knowledge within my work.

Experiences

Brunetti Oro [Jan 2022 - Sep 2023]

Supported myself while studying by working in a busy restaurant on Flinders’ lane in a team of 4-8 while also communicate with several others staff in different sections to improve customer services.

Leadership:
Trained and supervised new staff. Assigned team members to particular sections with respect to their strengths and optimized work flow.
Professional Customer Service:
Provided friendly and professional customer service to 300+ customers most shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork:
Member of a diverse multi-disciplinary team all focused on maintaining clear communication and prioritization to increase efficiency. Managing and supporting new team members to optimize work flow.
Working Under Pressure
Maintain excellent services to 150+ customers during office lunch peak hour, while being flexible with different roles in different sections to adjust to being understaffed.
